The perpetuation of conflicts is harmful to an organizational culture, especially when they are camouflaged in, unacknowledged, undeclared and unresolved. To provide training in conflict resolution, by the exploration of scenarios offered in mediation techniques, taking advantage of specific knowledge that favors the investigation of real needs and the most significant aspects for decision-making, it is possible to provide security to the agents involved and the meaning routing unit.
